纳米NaY分子筛的红外光谱研究

摘要: 采用水热晶化法,成功制备出晶粒尺寸为50~80 nm的纳米NaY分子筛.通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜和红外光谱等检测手段对纳米NaY分子筛和常规微米NaY分子筛的微观结构进行了详细的分析对比;研究发现:纳米NaY分子筛红外光谱的吸收频率比常规微米NaY分子筛的吸收频率高0~10 cm-1,出现蓝移现象.对纳米NaY分子筛的红外光谱的变化情况进行了详细的分析讨论.

Abstract: The nano-sized NaY zeolite were synthesized by the hydrothermal method and the particles sizes are in the range of 50-80 nm.The micro-structure and crystallization process of the samples were characterized using XRD , SEM and FR-IR, we had a detailed comparison between the Nano-sized NaY and the conventional NaY zeolite .The study found that the absorption frequency of the nano-sized NaY zeolite' s infrared spectrum is 0-10 cm-1 higher than conventional NaY , and have a blue shift phenomenon .Discusses in detail the change in infrared spectra of nano-sized NaY zeolite .
