玄武岩纤维混凝土早期裂缝试验研究

Experimental Study on Early Crack of Basalt Fiber Reinforced Concrete

摘要: 为了研究玄武岩纤维混凝土早期开裂性能,对不同长度纤维和不同体积掺量的玄武岩纤维混凝土进行试验,结果显示:玄武岩纤维混凝土相对于普通混凝土裂缝降低明显,玄武岩纤维混凝土早期收缩裂缝随纤维长度增加先减小后缓慢增加,最佳阻裂纤维长度为18 mm,早期收缩可见裂缝随纤维体积掺量的增加而减小,当体积掺量到0.2%时可见裂缝基本消失.随着混凝土强度提高纤维混凝土的抗裂指标逐渐降低,裂缝更加短小.

Abstract: In order to study the early cracking performance of basalt fiber reinforced concrete,basalt fiber concrete with different fiber length and basaltic concrete with different volume content were tested. The results show that the basalt fiber concrete has a significant decrease compared with ordinary concrete,and the early shrinkage crack of basalt fiber concrete decreases first and then increases slowly with the increase of fiber length,the best cracked fiber length is 18 mm. The early shrinkage crack decreases with the increase of fiber volume,and when the volume fraction reaches 0. 2%,the crack disappeares. With the increase of concrete strength,the anti-cracking index of fiber concrete is decreasing and the crack is shorter
