甘肃省沥青路面长期老化后沥青微观分析研究

摘要: 选择了道路石油沥青、实验室Pressure Vessel Aging(PAV)老化及沥青路面长期老化沥青作为研究对象,分析可知与基质沥青及实验室老化沥青相比,SK90#沥青在经过路面长期老化后,沥青的力学性能发生了明显的变化,表现为针入度与延度下降,软化点与粘度升高.通过傅里叶红外变换光谱和凝胶渗透色谱分析可知,沥青在老化过程中发生氧化发应,生成羰基和亚砜基官能团,且小分子链减少,大分子链增加;运用热重分析仪测定了沥青老化前后的热稳定性,发现老化前后沥青的热稳定性能基本保持不变.

Abstract: The road petroleum asphalt , laboratory Pressure Vessel Aging ( PAV ) aging and long-term aging of asphalt pavement asphalt were chosed as the research object , the conclusion would be gotten from the study:Comparing with matrix asphalt and laboratory aging asphalt , the mechanical properties of SK90#asphalt changed significantly after using for a long time in the road , and that showed up as the penetration and ductility decreased while the softening point and viscosity increased .The analysis of fourier transform infrared spectrum and gel permeation chromatography shows that in the process of aging asphalt oxidized to form carbonyl group and sulfoxide group , and the small molecule chain decreases while the macromolecular chain increases;Then the thermogravimetric analyzer is used to determine the thermal stability of the asphalt before and after aging , find that thermal stability of the asphalt performance before and after aging basically remain unchanged .
