复合法制备高膨胀率膨胀蛭石

摘要: 对蛭石样品采用新型的化学-热处理法制备膨胀蛭石,并对制备的膨胀蛭石样品进行形貌、XRD、DSC分析.结果表明:复合法制备的膨胀蛭石层与层之间分离的较为彻底,气孔壁薄,效果明显优于高温膨胀蛭石;双氧水在蛭石层间分解释放氧气撑开蛭石层间未引起蛭石结构的变化,膨胀蛭石结构破坏时的温度与蛭石原矿一致,不影响蛭石的热性能,复合法制备的膨胀蛭石在高温条件下结构破坏后不会形成新物相.

Abstract: The expanded vermiculite was prepared by a novel method of chemical-thermal treatment .The morphology , the phase changes and the thermal performance of vermiculite were studied by optical microscope, X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), respectively.The results indicate that the expanded vermiculite prepared by hydrogen peroxide and thermal treatment have completely separation layers , thin pore microstructure and greater expansion rate than that of heating vermiculite.The oxygen generated by H 2 O2 decomposing makes the larger gaps between vermiculite layers'without any structure changes .The expanded vermiculite treated with H 2 O2 and heating has no influence on the thermal performance due to the same structure changing temperature as vermiculite ore . There is no new phase generated of expended vermiculite under the condition of high temperature .
