石煤提钒尾矿制备硅酸盐水泥熟料的研究

Research of Silicate Cement Clinker Prepared with Vanadium Tailings from Stone Coal

摘要: 以石煤提钒尾矿细粉、碳酸钙、粘土和铁粉为原料,在不同煅烧条件下制备了不同配比的产物,并研究了其性能.结果表明:(1)产物的主要成分为硅酸三钙、硅酸二钙、铁铝酸四钙和铝酸三钙,符合水泥熟料的化学组成;(2)熟料煅烧温度为1400℃,粘土掺加量为8%时的方案最优.

Abstract: The products with various ratios were prepared using fine vanadium tailings, calcium carbonate, clay and iron powder as raw materials under different calcination temperatures.The properties of products were investigated.The results show that: (1) the main compositions of products are tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, calcium aluminate four iron and tricalcium aluminate, conforming to the chemical compositions of cement clinker;(2) when the clinker calcining temperature is 1400 ℃ and the amount of clay is 8%, the process is the optimal.
