摘要: 介绍了一种快速、准确、方便的双掺粉煤灰高性能混凝土拌和物分析方法.采用EDTA滴定Ca2+含量,对常规的混凝土拌和物配合比分析方法进行改进与完善,解决了大型桥梁工程建设过程中须严格控制结构混凝土拌和物中粉煤灰掺和料掺量的难题,并选取某正在建设的大型跨江大桥现场的承台混凝土拌和物进行双掺粉煤灰高性能混凝土拌和物配合比方法应用验证.

关键词: 双掺技术;粉煤灰;EDTA滴定;配合比分析

Abstract: A fast,accurate and convenient method to analyse the mix proportion of high performance concrete with double mixing fly ash-titrating the Ca2+ content by EDTA was introduced.Through this way,the conventional analysis method of the mix proportion in concrete mixture is improved and perfected and the problem in the construction of large-scale brige that the fly ash content in concrete mixture must be strictly controlled was solved.Concrete mixture in the bearing platform of a large river-spinning bridge under construction to verify the means for analysing the mix proportion of high performance concrete with double mixing fly ash was selected.
