煤渣粉掺量对再生混凝土氯离子扩散系数的影响

Influence of Coal Power Amount on Recycled Concrete Chloride Diffusion Coefficient

摘要: 研究煤渣粉掺量和腐蚀时间对再生混凝土氯离子扩散系数的影响,测试了各再生混凝土在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡不同时间的自由氯离子含量,计算了再生混凝土自由氯离子扩散系数.结果表明:再生混凝土的氯离子扩散系数(Dt)随着腐蚀时间的延长而降低.Dt、28 d 再生混凝土氯离子扩散系数(D0)和n均随着煤渣粉掺量的增加先降低后增加,且掺量为30%时其达到最小值.Dt与腐蚀时间成幂函数关系,D0或n与煤渣粉掺量均呈二次多项式关系.建立了煤渣粉掺量、腐蚀时间与Dt的关系式,该公式可用来预测海洋环境下掺煤渣粉再生混凝土的氯离子扩散系数.

Abstract: The influence of activation coal power content and corrosion time on recycled concrete chloride diffusion coefficient(Dt)was studied,the free chloride of recycled concrete in 3.5%NaCl solution at different time was measured,and the value of Dt was computed.The result shows that: recycled concrete chloride diffusion coefficient(Dt)is decreased with the increasing of corrosion time.Dt,recycled concrete chloride diffusion coefficient at 28 d(D0)and time-dependent coefficient(n)are all first decreased then increased with the increasing of coal power content,and the minimum exists at 30%content of coal power.The relationship between Dt and corrosion time is a power regression,there is quadratic hyperbolic function relation between D0 or n and coal power content.The equation of Dt with activate coal power content and corrosion time is derived.The chloride diffusion coefficient of coal power recycled concrete is predict in the marine environment by use of this equation.
