Concrete Admixed with Modified Auxiliary Cementing Materials for Real Sea Service

摘要: 对掺加改性辅助胶凝材料混凝土进行实海服役试验,研究0.5年、1年、1.5年实海服役条件下改性辅助胶凝材料对混凝土力学性能及耐久性能的影响.结果表明:在实海服役1.5年内,海水对混凝土结构具有较强的侵蚀效果,掺加改性辅助胶凝材料能显著提高混凝土抗压强度,C50混凝土电通量降低到500 C以下;相同渗透深度混凝土氯离子含量降低效果显著,微观结构有效改善,结构耐久性大大提高.

Abstract: The experiment on concrete admixed with modified auxiliary cementing materials at real sea service was carried out.The effects of modified auxiliary cementing materials on the mechanical properties and durability of concrete at 0.5,1 and 1.5 years service age were studied.The results show that: Seawater has a strong erosion effect on concrete structure,auxiliary cementitious material mixed in concrete can improve the compressive strength significantly,reduce concrete electric flux to under 500 C with the age of 1.5 year,Auxiliary cementitious material also can reduce the chloride ion content of concrete with the same depth,improve the microstructure and structural durability effectively.
