Abstract: Research progress of detecting method of toughened glass fragment status was introduced in the paper New rapid detection device, including glass specimen rapid fixation device, image acquisition device and image processing software was designed according to the shortcoming of existing detection methods.The work efficiency was improved ten times, human factor errors was reduced a lot and the accuracy and fairness of test results was increased by using the new test method.
