固井水泥浆早期水化过程电导率研究

Electrical Conductivity on Cement Pastes during Early Hydration

摘要: 研究纯水泥浆在不同水灰比条件下的电导率与温度变化之间存在的规律,同时探究了电导率与浆体水化过程的联系.结果表明:当水灰比相同时,浆体的电导率峰值随着实验温度(4~30 ℃)的增大而逐渐减小;通过水泥浆滤液测试,得到了与水泥浆电导率相同的变化趋势,即先增大后减小;实验采用水化热分析和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察,进一步解释了电导率的变化与水泥浆体水化过程及浆体结构之间所存在的关系.

Abstract: The effect of curing temperature on the electrical conductivity of cement in different water/cement ratio (W/C) was studied.In addition, the relationship of conductivity and paste''s hydration process was also explored.The results indicated that under the same W/C, the conductivity peak of slurry gradually decreases with the increasing of curing temperature (from 4 ℃ to 30 ℃).To analysis the hydration process of cement, the conductivity of slurry filtrate is measured, and the results show that the conductivity of slurry and slurry filtrate also has the same laws in the same condition.Isothermal calorimetry test and scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation are used in our experiments to explore the relationship between conductivity and structure of slurry, and the results show that electrical conductivity is an effective way to study the hydration process and structural changes of cement pastes.
