铝灰有价组分回收及综合利用研究进展

Research Progress on Recycling and Comprehensive Utilization of Aluminum Dross

摘要: 铝灰是铝冶炼、加工过程中产生的由氧化铝、金属铝和其他杂质组成的复杂盐渣,具有较好的资源化价值,属于危险废物,需无害化处理才能进行安全填埋.通过分析铝灰来源、特性及化学反应的基础上,综述铝灰有价组分回收和铝灰整体资源化研究现状.提纯法主要回收金属铝、氧化铝、氢气和氯盐等组分,资源化为制备建材及耐火材料.铝灰的有价组分回收及综合利用可有效降低铝灰的处理成本,减少对环境的污染.

Abstract: Aluminum dross is a complex salt slag obtained from the process of aluminum smelting, which is composed of alumina,aluminum and other impurities.It belongs to hazardous waste, need to be harmless treatment before carry out safe landfill.Based on the analysis of the originate, characteristics and chemical reactions of aluminum, this paper summarized the status of the recovery of valuable components and the overall resource utilization of aluminum dross.The purification method mainly includes the recovery of metal aluminum, aluminum oxide, hydrogen and chlorine and other components.While the resources are made into the preparation of building materials and refractory materials.The recovery and recycling of aluminum dross can effectively reduce the cost and decrease the pollution to the environment.
