碱激发矿渣基地质聚合物微观结构与性能研究

Microstructure and Properties of Alkali-activated Blast Furnace Slag Based Geopolymer

摘要: 以矿渣为原料制备矿渣基地质聚合物,重点研究了不同SiO2/Al2O3比对矿渣聚合物性能及微观结构的影响.选取4.5,4.8,5.1,5.4四个SiO2/Al2O3比制备矿渣基地质聚合物,通过XRF、XRD、SEM、TEM、FTIR等手段表征发现,SiO2/Al2O3比为5.1时,碱激发矿渣基地质聚合物具有较高强度,在3 d、7 d、28 d时强度高达97.86 MPa、97.54 MPa和114.91 MPa,其主要产物是水化硅铝酸钙(钠)(N,C-A-S-H)和水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)的混合物.

Abstract: Blast furnace slag (BFS) based geopolymer were prepared by using blast furnace slag as raw material, and effects of different SiO2/Al2O3 ratio on the properties and microstructure of BFS based geopolymers were studied.BFS based geopolymer were prepared with SiO2/Al2O3 ratio of 4.5, 4.8, 5.1, 5.4, and detected by XRF、XRD、SEM、TEM、FTIR, it reveals that BFS based geopolymer exhibit high compressive strength of 97.86 MPa、97.54 MPa, and 114.91 MPa at 3 d, 7 d, and 28 d with SiO2/Al2O3 ratio of 5.1, the main products are the mixture of N,C-A-S-H and C-S-H.
