La2 O3对SiO2-Al2 O3-CaO-MgO系统玻璃结构与性能的影响

Influence of La2 O3 on Structure and Properties of SiO2-Al2 O3-CaO-MgO Glasses

摘要: 采用高温熔融法制备了SiO2-Al2 O3-CaO-MgO系统玻璃,研究添加La2 O3对SiO2-Al2 O3-CaO-MgO系统玻璃密度、耐碱性、弹性模量以及析晶上限温度的影响,并借助红外光谱对玻璃的结构进行研究。结果表明:随着La2 O3含量从0升高至5wt%,玻璃的网络结构发生改变;玻璃的密度和摩尔体积均增大;玻璃的耐碱性能降低;弹性模量从90.5 GPa增加至93.6 GPa后降低,最大值对应的La2 O3含量为3wt%;析晶上限温度从1224℃降低至1209℃后增加至1212℃,最后趋于不变,在La2 O3添加含量为2wt%时达到最低温度。

Abstract: The SiO2-Al2 O3-CaO-MgO glasses were prepared by high temperature melting method. The effects of La2 O3 content on the density, resistance to alkali, elastic modulus and the upper limit of crystallization temperature of SiO2-Al2 O3-CaO-MgO glasses were studied, and then the structure of glass was characterized by FT-IR Spectrometer. With the increasing of La2 O3 from 0 to 5wt%, the glass network changed, the density and molar volume of glass increased, while, alkali resistance of the glass decreased. The elastic modulus of glass increased from 90. 5 GPa to 93. 6 GPa when the La2 O3 content varied from 0 to 5wt%, then decreased. The La2 O3 content of the maximum elastic modulus value was 3 wt%. The upper limit of crystallization temperature decreased from 1224 ℃ to 1209 ℃, then increased to be a constant at 1212 ℃. The La2 O3 content was 2wt% when the temperature was lowest.
