Research Status and Prospect of One-part"Just Add Water"Geopolymer

摘要: 地聚合物是通过硅铝质材料在一定激发作用下形成的具有硅氧四面体和铝氧四面体交替键合网络结构的无机胶凝材料。目前其合成方式主要包括两种:一种是将活性硅铝原料与激发剂溶液拌合后固化形成(将该合成方式记为GS-1);另一种是向固体反应前驱物中直接添加水拌合后固化形成(将该合成方式记为GS-2)。本文首先对GS-2合成方式的研究现状进行综述,再将GS-1和GS-2合成方式在反应物组成、反应过程与机理方面进行比较,并对GS-2合成方式在地聚合物性能改善方面进行了展望。

Abstract: Geopolymer is an inorganic cementing material with alternately bonding network structure formed by activating siliceous-aluminous material .The present method of synthesizing geopolymer mainly includes the following two kinds:one is solidified after mixing the active aluminosilicate raw material with activator solution ( denoted as GS-1 for convenience ); the other is solidified after adding water to the solid precursor directly ( denoted as GS-2 for convenience ) .In this paper , the research status of GS-2 was reviewed , then GS-1 was compared with GS-2 in components of the reactants as well as the reaction process and mechanism , finally prospect of GS-2 in performance improvement for geopolymer was provided .
