摘要: 对Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料分别进行110℃、300℃和500℃预处理,然后采用喷涂工艺在其表面制备氧化锆涂层,借助光学显微镜和SEM研究氧化锆涂层对Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料的抗氧化性和抗侵蚀性的影响.研究表明:经300℃预处理,采用喷涂工艺喷涂一次,Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料的抗氧化性和抗侵蚀性较好.
