碱融粉煤灰在室温下转变成沸石的实验研究

摘要: 将粉煤灰与NaOH混合后在850 ℃加热3 h得到碱融粉煤灰,将其放置于空气中不做任何处理.几个月后,将所得物用XRD和SEM测试分析手段进行分析,结果发现:碱融粉煤灰已经转变成了羟基方钠石.该过程未经过传统的水热处理方法也可以使粉煤灰转化成沸石,经济而简便.实验表明:在室温下,将粉煤灰转变成沸石是可行的.

Abstract: Fly ash was mixed with NaOH and heated at 850 ℃ for 3 h, the alkali-fused fly ash could be obtained. After several months of storage without any treatment, obtained materials were characterized by XRD and SEM. It was found that the alkali-fused fly ash has already been converted to hydroxy-sodalite. The zeolite was given birth to easily and economically comparing with the conventional hydrothermal reaction. The experiments indicate that synthesis of zeolite from fly ash is likely at room temperature or at open air.
