焦宝石、磷石膏制备混凝土膨胀剂的试验研究

Study on Preparation of Concrete Expanding Admixture by Hard Clay and Ardealite

摘要: 对焦宝石进行低温煅烧的方法活化,利用工业废弃物磷石膏煅烧脱水制得硬石膏,将煅烧焦宝石和磷石膏按一定的质量比制备水泥混凝土膨胀剂.试验结果表明,膨胀剂符合<混凝土膨胀剂>JC476-2001的各项要求.从掺膨胀剂水泥浆体90 d的SEM图可以看出,烧焦宝石和磷石膏研制的膨胀砂浆或混凝土的膨胀主要因钙矾石和高硫铝C-S-H凝胶的形成和吸水膨胀而产生.

Abstract: Calcining way is used to activated hard clay. The anhydrite was obtained by calcined and dehydration ardealite. The efficient expanding admixture of concrete is the btained by mixing anhydrite and calcining hard clay. The result indicate that expansive admixture meet requirement specified in industry standard JC476-2001. From SEM picture of 90 d cement pastes with expanding admixture, it can be seen that the formation of AFt and C-S-H with significant SO_3, Al_2O_3 and its adsorbing water are responsible for the expansion of expansive mortar of concrete.
